北京儿童医院神经康复中心服务宗旨：诚心、爱心、专业、高效。 　　Department of neurology and rehabilitation center consists of neurology unit, rehabilitation unit, psychology and psychiatric unit. The main task includes medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. 　　There are a number of experienced experts in our department. Under the leadership of professor Hu-sheng Wu and professor Li-ping Zou, the Department has become one of the most famous center in China, even in the world. By our endeavors, we made great progress, not only in the common diseases, for example, epilepsy, motor unit diseases, spinal diseases, peripheral neuropathy, cerebral vessel diseases, but also in the field of rare diseases, for example, hereditary disease, inborn errors of metabolism, refractory epilepsy, immune-mediated neuropathy. In addition, we have a lot of advanced equipment, such as 32-channel EEG, Video-EEG and long term monitor EEG, EMG, evoked potential, intellectual test, which facilitate diagnosis and treatment. There are 40 beds in neurology unit, including 7 intensive care beds. We provide special consultation and clinic for outpatient. Especially the mortality of Guillain-Barrè syndrome in our department is zero. 　　As the object of rehabilitation center is special, from the beginning of being established, we advocate that both the doctor and the parents should join together. Our patients here are disabled to different extend, our purpose is to improve their quality of life and to help them come back to the society as well. The unit has 30 beds. It possesses modern treatment and training room, including physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), sensory integration training room, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, massage, wax therapy, etc. We do obtain satisfactory effect in cerebral palsy, injury of brachial plexus, and other neural diseases. 　　Pediatric psychological clinic was established at September 1999. The environment is quiet and comfortable. Our special fields include psychological consulting, psychotherapy. We can develop individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy now. Every personal has received the psychological education and training and has gained the special certificate. Our clinic takes the lead in introducing the advanced technology—CES(cranial electrotherapy stimulation) from US. This technology has good curative effect at emotional disorders, ADHD(Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder) and learning difficulty. 　　At present, a very competent team of 28 doctors, 47nurses and therapists, including 8 professors /associate professors and 9 postgraduates, are working in the center. Our department has been one of the training departments affiliated to Capital University of Medicine Science. The junior and senior medical students undergo their internship in our wards and clinic. Besides, around two or three graduate students are taking part in Master or Doctoral program in our center. Every year, over twenty fellows from all over China spend 6 months to 1 year in our center to enrich their knowledge and experiences in this field. 　　Our articles have been published in various famous Journals. Professor Hu-sheng Wu and professor Li-ping Zou have conducted scientific research and won honor, such as Chinese Medical Sciences and Technology Award (first-class), Beijing Science and Technology Advancement Award (third class). At the same time, we have developed co-operations with a number of international organizations. 　　神经内科与康复中心由神经内科专业、康复专业、心理及精神疾病专业组成。通过各专业之间的合作与交流，使小儿心理-精神-神经疾病的诊断、治疗以及功能康复一体化，治疗手段多元化，疾病患儿社会化。 　　神经内科专业汇集了诸多经验丰富的专家、教授，在吴沪生教授、邹丽萍教授的带领下神经内科专业所接收的病种之全，患者之多，难度之大是全国乃至世界为数不多的医疗机构之一。通过多年的不断探索，我们不仅在小儿神经系统常见疾病如癫痫、运动单位病、脊髓疾病、周围神经病、脑血管病等方面积累了较多的成熟的独到的临床经验，而且对于一些罕见病、疑难杂症如遗传代谢病，难治性癫痫以及免疫相关疾病等亦有长足的进展，并取得了满意的效果。其中值得一提的是，我科多年来急性感染性多发性神经根炎的病死率为零，居世界领先水平。另外，我们还拥有相当数量的先进的辅助检查设备，如16导脑电图，视频监测及长程动态监测脑电图，肌电图，诱发电位，智力测查，脑功能等，为临床工作提供了诊断依据和治疗手段。神经内科专业现有病床40张，其中重症监护病床7张，常年开设特需门诊，专家门诊，专业门诊。 　　神经康复专业的医治对象具有特殊性，因此，神经康复专业创建伊始，我们就提倡家长与训练师双方互动，共同参与。这里的患儿有着不同程度的残障，我们的宗旨就是尽可能把患儿的病残程度降到最低，通过生物反馈治疗、肌兴奋治疗、针灸、中医按摩、蜡疗、理疗、水疗、作业疗法（OT）、物理疗法（PT）等，分各种康复训练，使他们最大程度的回归社会。我科现有床位30张。目前，我们的康复训练包括感觉统合训练、别适合于不同患者的不同特点，对小儿脑瘫、臂丛神经损伤以及各种肢体障碍疗效满意。 　　我科心理门诊成立于1999年9月，是我院特色专业门诊之一。门诊位于新门诊大楼8层南侧，环境幽雅、安静、舒适，具有独立诊室5间。针对儿童青少年心理行为问题开展心理咨询、心理治疗和心理测量, 可进行人格、智力、情绪、行为等多项心理健康水平的测验和评估。能开展个别治疗、团体治疗及家庭治疗。从业人员均有医学背景，受过心理学及心理咨询、治疗的相关训练，具有中科院心理所颁发的心理测量合格证。目前门诊引进了先进的CES(脑导入微量生物电流技术简称)治疗，该项治疗填补了国内儿童心理治疗领域的空白。对各种情绪障碍，多动症，学习困难等治疗，具有明显的疗效。
